Chris started Two Homes, One Life out of firsthand experience living between two homes. Seasonal moves, contractors, remote monitoring and the details of keeping a home running while you’re somewhere else all belong here.

THOL is a guide for working through those details. We share practical lessons, useful tools and things worth considering, with room for the fact that your homes may need a different approach.

Our work follows four familiar parts of the lifestyle: Protect, Move, Manage and Live. Sometimes that means thinking carefully about a water alert. Sometimes it means deciding which things are worth buying twice.
